Tinchitè is a small family business composed by Alessandro and Cecilia.

Alessandro’s family owned a small artisanal bakery in Sicily, which is where most of these recipes come from 🙂

Cecilia has been unlucky enough to marry Alessandro, hence why she is being dragged into this…

 

As first-generation migrants we always felt that something was missing when eating out…especially at Italian places… That’s why we created Tinchitè!

Tinchitè is born from our desire to bring the original flavours and recipes to Australia.
Yes, we know you heard it already, but believe us when we say that our first customer is ourselves and that our products are made to satisfy the expectations of true Sicilians!
